Ben Affleck took Hollywood by storm in 1997 with his film Good Will Hunting, co-written by childhood best friend and fellow actor Matt Damon. Prior to winning the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, Ben was playing mostly supporting roles though after his big Oscar win that all changed. Some of his bigger roles include Armageddon (opposite Liv Tyler and Bruce Willis), Dogma (written and directed by good friend Kevin Smith), Bounce (ppposite then-girlfriend Gwenyth Paltrow), and Pearl Harber (opposite Kate Beckinsale.) Ben`s biggest role ever though, was when he was Jennifer Lopez`s boyfriend from 2002-2004. After his very high-profile romance with Lopez, Ben settled down with another actress of the same first name, Jennifer Garner. They married in 2005 and have one daughter, Violet Anne Affleck.
